Admissions


As a Voluntary Aided Church of England School, we are our own admissions authority. Below are the current admissions policies in place at our school. To select the policy that applies to your child choose the one that covers the academic year in which they will join the school.

To apply for a place at St Bartholomew’s you will need to complete the Centrally Managed Application Form (CMA).  If you wish to apply on grounds of regular worship - paragraph 4 of our policy for year R,  you will also need to download and complete our Supplementary Information Form (SIF) (see below) as well as your local authority admission form.  Members of staff applying criterion number 5 should use the appropriate SIF form below. You will also need to ask the Rector to confirm your regular worship at church.

In - year admissions

If you are looking for a place at St Bartholomew’s outside the annual admissions round you will need to apply through Surrey County Council.  Full details of the in year process and the necessary forms can be found here.
