OFSTED Report
Below is a copy of our most recent Ofsted reports. Our most recent Ofsted report, conducted in March 2026, was under the new framework. Ofsted are clear that to achieve the expected standard there must be a consistently high quality of education for every child and they recognise that this is a high bar to meet. We are very pleased that the Ofsted report recognised the many strengths across the school.
The inspection no longer results in a one-word judgement, such as 'good' or 'outstanding'. Instead, the report card shows colour-coded grades for a number of different areas. These are new grades and should not be compared to what you might have seen on earlier inspection reports. I would recommend that you watch the short video on the link below to hear Ofsted’s explanation of the new grade system.

Key points in the report includes:
'Leaders have constructed a highly ambitious curriculum, which is well considered across all areas of learning. Staff are extremely knowledgeable about effective early year practices and child development.'
'Interactions between staff and children are extremely positive.'
'Leaders have crafted a highly effective personal development and well being programme that is purposeful. Pupils are incredibly mature and articulate. They talk about their experiences confidently and relate enrichment activities to the school values and their everyday lives. Pupils articulate their views insightfully, emphasising that they feel a strong sense of belonging regardless of their religion.'
'Pupils gain the knowledge and skills they need to be ready for their next stage of education. Many pupils consistently reach above-average outcomes in reading, writing and mathematics.'
'The staff have high expectations for pupils' behaviour. They act as role models and explicitly teach pupils about behaviour. Pupils are polite and caring. They open doors respectfully, take turns, and greet each other, staff and visitors courteously.'
'Staff adapt lessons skillfully to ensure that pupils, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, are accessing their learning successfully.'
'Leaders know the school well and have identified the key areas which would strengthen provision even further.'
